4. Mobile Applications

Our iOS and Android app is used by our crews and contractors to receive and complete jobs. Accounts are created by our office; the app has no public sign-up. The app collects and processes:

• Account information: name, email address and user ID, to sign you in and show the jobs assigned to you.
• Precise location, only while the app is open: to confirm you are on site when you clock in and out of a job and to give directions. It is shared with our office. It is not collected in the background and is not used for advertising.
• Photos and videos you take or choose for a job (videos include their sound), with the time and place they were taken, as the record of the work.
• Job details you enter: notes, site information, tree records, reported issues and hours worked. Notes may be translated using a translation service provider.
• A device notification token, to send you job notifications.

This information is used only to run and document the work. It is not used for tracking across other companies' apps or websites, and it is not sold. You can manage camera, photo, location and notification permissions in your device settings.

Deleting your app account: because our office creates crew accounts, it also deletes them. In the app, open Account and choose Request account deletion, or email info@1treeemergency.com. We will delete your account and the personal information associated with it, except records we must keep for legal, insurance or job-documentation purposes.

We use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your experience, understand usage, and improve the platform. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
